It never seems to amaze me how the former generals of the United States are coming out against the Neocons and this preemptive strategy of war. I just hope the American people don't follow for this shit much longer. Read on.

I've been feeling down recently and that's why I haven't posted. Actually, I've been feeling more or less down for the past 3 months. Today I actually think I pinpointed the reason: I'm aimless. No, I'm not saying I have nothing to live for but what I am saying is that I don't feel as if I'm going anywhere. Don't pity me, and I'm not whining. Rather, I'm happy I've figured why I'm blue. Now I'm going to do something about it. Just watch. No, it's nothing crazy.

I'm passionate about politics. I'm passionate for the progressive blogosphere. I would like to see something happen in this country that is beneficial for the people. I think the Democrats can deliver on that, but sadly most Democrats in Congress are hesitant to challenge the administration because they think it might create a rallying effect around the president. I see that point of view and I actually endorse it. If we want to win, why would we shot ourselves in the foot now? The administration is doing a good enough job at it itself. Isn't the news bad enough for the Congressional Republicans; Katrina, Iraq, SS, Medicare, etc? I do think we need to wait 'til after the election on '06 elections to really strike back at the administration win or loose. I'm confident we'll make inroads but I don't think we'll take either the House (our best shot) or the Senate. I don't think it's in the stars. I don't think people are ready for the Democrats quite yet despite all the polling. I wish they were. I'm not being pessimistic just trying to get a feel for things and I'm beginning to feel it with the people but it's just not the fire I'm looking for, we'll see.

Anywho, I've been reading Glenn Greenwald recently. I love him and his diligence. I've dropped Americablog because they're just a bunch of rabid haters. They have nothing positive to say. So I encourage all to read Glenn. He speaks the truth!
