Thanks to
Americablog.org provided this info:

"Miller left an Alexandria, Va. jail at 3:55 p.m., a jail official said.

She was released after she had a telephone conversation with the Vice President Dick Cheney's chief of staff, I. Lewis Libby, sources said. In that conversation, Libby reaffirmed that he had released Miller from a promise of confidentiality more than a year ago, sources said."

Is this another political stunt? I wonder what is going to come out of the White House next. Supreme Court, Katrina/Rita, Brown; Me thinks another smoke-screen is appearing!

I hadn't known that Libby (rhymes with Liddy, doesn't it)had released Judith Miller from the confidentiality noose. Of course, we all knew that the white house was deeply involved in the "outing" of Valerie Plame. What a bunch of vindictive jerks. And these are the folks that Christian Fundamentalist have backed for bringing God back into our lives. God help us!
